The internet is a little more lonely today with the sad news that the world's oldest Twitter user and Peter Andre fan has died.

Ivy Bean passed away in an old care home near Bradford, England aged 104.
The news was announced on her Twitter account, "Ivy passed away at 12.08 this morning," with her carers also tweeting "I'm sorry it took me so long to tell you but it was a very difficult thing to do."
Never afraid to embrace social media, Ivy was already a fully-fledged internet sensation on Facebook.
Her idol Peter Andre also tweeted his respects. "RIP Ivy . I'm sad today :("
With more than 1,000 tweets posted to her account, Ivy attracted over 60,000 followers at the time of her death.
