(Photo: FilmMagic)As bits and pieces of gossip begin to surface following the 2009 MTV Movie Awards, ScandalAnt has done some digging behind the scenes to get a better feel on what went down, starting with the world’s most eligible bachelor, Robert Pattinson.
Twilight collected five gongs at the Awards – including one celebrating Pattinson’s Breakthrough Performance and another two for kissing and fighting, with Pattinson sharing the spoils for each with a co-star.

Zac Efron & Vanessa Hudgens Stay Silent On Bruno Stunt
The signature prank of the Awards was, of course, the stunt which left popular rapper Eminem with a face-full of butt belonging to Sacha Baron Cohen character Bruno.
Zac Efron didn’t know what to think of it after Bruno – still suspended from the roof - announced him the winner of the Best Male Performance category for his lead role in High School Musical 3: Senior Year.
“That was really weird,” Efron said. “It’s the coolest way I’ve ever been invited up to accept one of these.”
But his thoughts on the prank were no clearer as he left the event with girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens.
MTV Seating A Challenge
Clashing egos turned seating arrangements into a weird game of chess, according to a source quoted by the New York Post’s Page Six column.
Whitney Port reportedly had to be moved away from Twilight star Kristen Stewart after producers recalled Port once described the movie as “really bad” and Stewart's role as “one-dimensional”.
Port and fellow stars of The Hills and The City - Lauren Conrad, Stephanie Pratt, Heidi Montag and Brody Jenner - also had to be kept away from Audrina Patridge because, according to the Page Six source, “everyone on the show hated her.”
Paris Hilton was moved away from The Hills cast after recently calling the show “so lame and fake” and “cheesy.”
Disney stars Miley Cyrus, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens were reportedly separated from Nickelodeon stars Miranda Cosgrove and Keke Palmer because – according to the source – Nickelodeon’s reps felt “all the Disney kids are tainted”.
Perhaps executives from the kids channel were referring to semi-nude photos of Cyrus in Vanity Fair and fully nude Hudgens photos circulated online in 2007.
The Paris Hilton Cold Shoulder
Meanwhile, The Hills star Stephanie Pratt says there’s been a bit of tension with Paris Hilton and her posse after the hotel heiress publicly bagged the US pay TV reality show.
Pratt told Kyle and Jackie O she’d never bag Paris’ TV show and when asked about Hilton’s comments by MTV news, said “she should apologise”.
But when she went to say hello at the Awards, she was given the cold shoulder by Paris and her special friend Doug Reinhardt.
“Paris is a sweetheart, every time I’ve hung out with her just an absolute sweetheart and she completely shunned me, her and Doug,” Pratt told Kyle and Jackie O. Listen to the audio right here….

After watching the show last night ; Random acts of kindness, I saw that innocent little girl idolise him. She went to hug him and he pulled away, you should have seen the look on her face. In the end he walked off then did come back but we all know it was under the guidence of someone else. I know my children think diferently off him and wonder how many more teenagers saw that. I think he needs to remember it's the kids that watch these movies that make him famous, with out them he's a nobody.
