Will Pussycat Dolls Tension Resurface In Oz?

Right now the Pussycat Dolls apparently aren’t happy campers and the good oil is that it stems from is growing tension between vocalist Melody Thornton and the band’s lead singer Nicole Scherzinger. Unsurprisingly, the secret ingredient bringing the situation to boiling point has been ego.ScandalAnt hears Nicole - who may announce her engagement soon - started a fight within the group when she insisted their last two singles be released under the name “Pussycat Dolls featuring Nicole Scherzinger”.
When the Jai Ho hitmakers opened for Britney Spears recently on her Circus tour, Melody made a cryptic remark about Nicole’s big ego.
“Thank you for supporting me, even though I’m not featured!” Melody told fans while giving Nicole a dirty glance and the other group members Ashley Roberts, Kimberly Wyatt and Jessica Sutta looked on in horror.
“Don’t let anyone stomp on your dreams!"
Concert-goers reckon 30-year-old Nicole nearly stormed off the stage, but changed her mind at the last minute. ScandalAnt hears she’s quitting the group to have another go at her solo career and will reportedly announce this as soon as the band finishes promoting their latest album Doll Domination.
The group’s record label Interscope has so far refused to comment on the speculation.
Keep an eye on the chemistry between Melody and Nicole as PCD gear up for double billings in Sydney and Melbourne and then move on to Adelaide and Perth, with their perhaps-more-popular support act, Lady Gaga.

Nicole can sing, the other girls are pretty damn useless really. Nicole should definately go solo because she's the only one with talent. I don't think I've even heard the voices at all of the other girls in PCD's newest songs.

Nicoles the one who MAKES the pussycat dolls. What do the others do just stand in the back ground and dance. If you saw the pussycat dolls wouldnt you wanna talk to Nicole cause shes the lead you could bump into any of the other ones and i bet you wouldnt even recognise them. Leave her alone the Pussycat dolls are good. but shes the reason why.

Nicole is the lead singer and the others are just backups but still nicole needs to calm down and let someone else have centre stage sometime or go solo.

When you rwatching them you only notice Nicole and not the others, so she stands out amile over them, but I dont like the fact she is getting a big head over it, she should quit and go solo!

I HATE Nicole she ALWAYS intertupts them in interviews., she can leave but PCD stay the same, after all its pussycat dolls featuring nicole...isnt it? so nicole GO away!

haha, i knew this would happen! nicole is the only one that does anything, and the only one that can actually sing. the other girls just dance and do some back-up singing. nicole will do heaps better solo.

Nicole was assigned to be lead Doll at the very start of when PCD formed. Even every fan (including myself) all agree that the other Dolls need to get more than just dancing and backing vocals and not just Nicole all the time. The tension between Melody and Nicole is all over and they have remained a close sisterhood. This tension has been the only one out of the entire tour (4 months now!), I think that because they have been performing every single day non-stop along with so much traveling they have done they get tired and stressed out, of course there is set to be some upset.but everyone still loves Mel and Nicole after this. (Out of 7 years + PCD has been in the music industry not even one hoo-haa has occurred) After the Doll domination Tour after the Aussie dates and continued across the world again in June, Nicole is going to go Solo but will possibly also get out the other Doll's Solo albums too but I don't think that she will leave PCD..
