Beyonce has given birth for real this time, or at least we think so. Reports are coming thick and fast that she's given birth to a baby girl in New York, and that she's named it either Ivy Blue or Blue Ivy, depending on who you speak to.

B is reportedly at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York,checking in under the highly unglamorous name Ingrid Jackson. One rumour says that they've rented out the entire 4th floor of the hospital for US$1.3 million, although that sounds ridiculous even for Beyonce and Jay-Z and since when was that even a thing you could do?

Several security guards were seen patrolling the outside of the hospital, where she gave birth via a scheduled C section.

Several stars have taken to twitter to congratulate the couple, so we can be pretty confident the baby is here even though there hasn't been an official statement.

"Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih," Rihanna Tweeted, as well as tweets from hip hop mogul Russell Simmons and others.
