Justin Bieber has been slapped with a paternity test, a 20-year-old Californian woman claiming Bieber is the father of her baby boy.

RadarOnline is reporting that Mariah Yeater, who was 19 at the time, says she and Justin had sex backstage at one of his concerts and is now demanding he take a paternity test and "provide adequate support" for the baby.

It was only in February this year that he told Rolling Stone, "I don't think you should have sex with anyone unless you love them."

Bieber's people have told the magazine that the claims are false.

"While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

We wonder what Selena Gomez thinks of the allegations? The two of them only just adopted a puppy together!
