The sexy Twilight star took his highschool lover to a Cirque du Soleil performance in Santa Monica and sources 'close to the star' are saying they've been hanging out a lot lately. We all know what 'hanging out' means...
He could certainly do worse! Sara - an L.A. Clippers cheerleader - is pretty damn HAWT. She's like a mini Shakira!
