Leaked ahead of its world premiere on E!, Lady Gaga's Marry The Night video is a 13+ minute affair, but rewards her fans' patience with its darkness and dance routines.

The video begins with the previously teased monologue/commentary by Gaga, as she is carried into a hospital ward in a gurney. We also notice what looks like a terrible injury on her back.

Gaga tells the nurse at her bedside, "I'm gonna be a star, because I have nothing left."

And then the video's momentum begins to ramp up.

Not only do we see flashes of Gaga as a ballerina; we also see her on what looks like a path to destruction.

Then it all makes sense; now we've got an idea of how she got into her predicament in the first place.
