On closer inspection of Katy Perry and Russell Brand's divorce papers, it seems that Katy can't stop smiling.

When she signed on the dotted line to reach the final divorce settlement, it seems that she forgot to be serious. (It might be OK for autographs Katy, but this is serious stuff!)

Maybe it's because she's keeping all of her money, after Russell revealed that he won't take a dollar?

Katy Perry and Russell Brand didn't sign a pre-nup, but Rusty says he doesn't want any of Katy Perry's millions.

Apparently their divorce has been amicable, and when it is finalised at the end of June, Katy Perry's bank balance won't take a hit.

Katy (who is taking back her maiden name) earned $44 million between May 2010 and May 2011,  and subject to California community property law, each partner is entitled to 50 percent of everything earned during a marriage.

New divorce docs state that the ex-couple reached a "comprehensive written settlement".

Russ isn't short of cash, but he's worth a lot less that Katy...so she's pretty lucky that he's being so nice.

They have both restored our faith in Hollywood break ups. It seems to be the most amicable divorce ever!
