Just 3 weeks after Nicole Richie gave birth to her second child she’s lost the pregnancy weight gain and is back to her slim pre-baby body. It’s rumoured that the new mum worked hard to shed the kilos soon after she welcomed baby boy Sparrow into the world.
A close source says she uses a few small tricks to keep her weight in check; like she always has a large water bottle with her. Whenever Richie gets a little peckish she sips on water to keep her feeling full.
The young starlet also cut out alcohol and carbs to assist her weight loss. She followed a low-calorie diet which included stacks of green vegetables and a low-calorie home-made chicken broth.
Another major contributor to Richie’s rapid post-birth weight loss was breastfeeding. A close source said that the weight just drops off Nicole when she’s breastfeeding. For those of us who aren’t post pregnancy, this won’t help, so make sure you include at least 30minutes of exercise into your weight loss plan to keep fit and healthy.
